Reports say that Cleveland might look to "get rid" of Manziel after he leaves rehab the next few days.

"Get rid of" how. If you just floated his butt out into Lake Erie to die..... someone would bitch. There is no way to get rid of him, but just release his ass..... and wipe the shit off. Dumbest draft in a long time. Worse than worthless.

Next..... let’s see how much trouble Winnie can get into. Really I think he seems to have grown up some...... after the crab legs and all the rest...... and let’s not forgot that he got totally off the hook on the rape charge....... sort of an O.J. stench around that deal!

I don't understand why he has been in so long. Most rehabs are 30 days. I think he sucks as a qb but what exactly is the problem? He is 22; of course he parties. I partied hard my entire 20's. A young good looking kid with millions; only way I would not be a bust is if I lived my parents. I really don't see how so many keep it together. I mean you are an instant millionaire and a celebrity. Can go out and get 95% of the girls. I understand it in the NBA because it is mostly just natural talent. I bet a guy like JJ Redick works harder than Carmello Anthony just to be in the league.

the talent is there but it seems his head isn't right for the NFL right now. Will it ever be? Maybe. We'll have to wait and see.

Manziel will never be a real qb.... Unless you are tall, can sit in the pocket, are accurate, and smart you have no chance. Look at the top qb's. These are their traits. Your "play making ability" doesn't mean crap in the NFL. It is all about sitting in the pocket and throwing darts. It is as simple as that. Why do they continue to make the same mistakes.

Greatest qb's of today. Manning, Brady, Rodgers, Luck. They all sit in the pocket and are deadly accurate and intelligent. They all have the same traits. This is why I never understand these teams drafting these zone option qb's. Sure, it may work for a game or 2 but not 15 years.

Manziel needed Rehab Real Bad as the partying just got to be too much for him and needed Drying out thats is why he has been in there more than 30 days. The problem with Manziel is can he just say no as his buddies and girlfriend might want him to go back to his old ways and can he just stick to playing football. Time will tell that for sure and Johhny doesnt have alot of time left IMO

Manziel is not a prospect to even mess with this. And if he gets cut, someone will sign him the next day to "compete" with their current shit qb. I am anxiously awaiting who wins the job between RG3 and Manxiel... These GM's are millionares. How can they be this dumb

vlad acts like these gms are choosing these "zone read qbs" over luck or brady....their not if they could have one of the elite 5 they would....but they arent available. So you have to make due with whats left.

Sure and RG3? Then, take chance in the 3rd round. Lets draft Vince Young. He is so tall, yet so stupid and on top of that, Ron Riverra seems like a good coach. It is like a cartoon. Brady was plenty available. Take a shot. What do you have to lose? A 6th round special teamer?

Watch Cam Newton over the next 2 years.

Looking back,

Was Cam Newton worth the #1 overall pick?

Is crableg guy worth the #1 pick?

Is Vince Young worth the #3 pick?

Statistics back ip up.

Sure you have Leaf but compare it to reality

Marcus Mariotta is considered the #2 pick...Why ?Because he can beat a future Hubler Chevy guy around the corner? A real DE will track him down. I bet you look great against Washington. So would I.

Vlad's right, teams would be better off rolling the dice with Grayson, Mannion, or Hundley in the second or third round and using their 1st round pick on an impact defensive player or offensive lineman. Then if it doesn't work out it's easier to move on than committing to someone for 3-5 years(like RG3).

I agree there s a lot of crappy Qbs, and someone is going to want to take a chance and thing there is a short or long term upside at some point because of injuries, depth or other factors
