But many times you go up and a person is acting normal (whatever normal is for a naked guy) and all of a sudden the mood of the person changes. It can happen instantly and unless we do it each day we have no clue.
We just don't know what happened. Maybe the taser came out and got knocked away in the struggle. Maybe it was used and didn't work on him? There's more to the story and we can only speculate.
no excuse to shoot and kill an unarmed naked man. especially considering police officers are TRAINED to deal with situations like these (not necessarily naked). what happened to using their billy-club???

You fight with a cop and you get shot......I have no problem with that. I do not agree with many of the laws that we have here, but still, do not fight the cops.
