Remodeling contractors in CR?

Hi, a lurker here, but was wondering if anyone had any info on a good RELIABLE contractor in the area.
Looking to do some extensive remodeling to my house in Santa Ana.

I have serious doubts whether RELIABLE and tico can be used in the same sentence without a NOT involved. No offence to Sloppy joe's, just that there are very few exceptions.
