ReMatch Between BAMA/LSU In Playoff

lol do you guys have the internet? They played FSU (3-5 in ACC), Fresno, Colorado state and Mercer.

FSU was a top 5 team (at least top 10) when they played. It was a respectful win at the time.

now that I am thinking of it, I can’t see the committee putting Bama in the final 4 for the 2nd time in the past 3 years without even winning their division.

It doesn’t matter if FSU was #3 in the beginning of September - the committee made the decision in December when they knew FSU sucked. They wouldn’t have said “oh let’s look at who Alabama played...oh look that 5-6 was ranked highly before they even played a game so therefore Alabama played a tough team.”

and ffs I have not made one single comment about whether or not Alabama will be selected this year. My point was that the committee doesn’t necessarily gaf about championship games.

Fla St If I remember were highly ranked going in. QB got knocked out for the year in that game , weren't the same after.. plus that year it was an easy call. Its not this year especially with likely 1 loss conference champs
