Regarding the DOS Attackers

With all of today's sophistictaed technology, and with investigators such as INTERPOL, amongst others, trying to trrack these bastards down, why is it so difficult to catch them?

Yes, I am aware of how sophisticated these assaults are, but I've got to believe that because the Hackers are going after online gambling establishments, the effort being made to nab them is not on the same level as if they were going after another industry, like a Fortune 500 company!

shrink i know who your reffering to, he did dos his clients who left him with a bill, i dont dount that hes doing these as a form of income, he stumbled upon a gold mine and hes milking it, after sting reported on his site that some of "his" former clients were talking about the dos he was doing to collect unpaid royalties stings site was dos'd

I saw a report on CBC TV this week about the oligarchs in Russia and their armed takeovers of companies, which was compared to the Wild West.

It focussed on on guy who has doubled his $500 million net worth each of the past 3 years, mostly in the oil patch, assisted by his strong associations with the courts, local government and the top political level.

I think they have so many problems that DOS attacks overseas just don't seem to be a problem.

Since the prescription received the DOS attack also.How did you fix the problem?Was it more band-with?Installing some software,that prevents it from happening?What step should be taken or what work for this site?
