Chips , your analogy is totally off.

In a more accurate analogy it would be something like Consumer Reports having a special edition specifically to promote this new aged Dodge Neon, the future of all cars. They go on and on about how safe the Neon is.

Then months later EVERYONE who owns a Dodge Neon dies in crashes because the car was unsafe.

Your analogy is off causee it isn't just one person who screwed up casuing harm to themselves.

Lededa, dont kid yourself, people jumped in head 1st because they offered reduced juice and a Bonus, not because of what Shrink said. Books go under at -110, at -107 what did u thinkl would happen???? Pinny offers reduced juice but doesnt give away a bonus and they have been around for 5 years. You play with fire you get burned, everyone here is smart enough to know how tough it is to overcome -107, you send money to a Start Up book with a reduced juice and a bonus, with no customers in a 3rd world country!!!!! THATS EQUIVALENT TO DRIVING 100MPH AND GETTING INTO AN ACCIDENT!

is it true the main owner of pan am is a big time and very rich banana exporter? someone at majorwager is stating that. so obviously the ownership has got plenty of money. local media apparently in panam doesn't even know about this. why don't you contact someone there regarding this? might make payouts happen once the news hits the papers.

....I have Talked to Jake at Sportbet and he is checking with the Higher ups at Sportbet into doing a bailout offer IF in fact Betpanam is tits up.... I will ask him again for his decision if in fact its official at bet panam that they close there doors...but of course a merger would be the best option if they can do that IMO ...

does anyone remember a couple years ago, when aces went under, which book did a bailout?
was it camelot or cascade? and did the book that did the bailout survive?

Red,

Camelot was a book that went UNDER and was bailed out by Olympic. I think there was a 2000 or 2500 cap on the bailout though. Cascade offered a bailout for Aces customers, but it only made sense for very small balances. All World also offered a bailout plan, but if you had more than a dime or so it didn't make much sense. With any larger balance bailout, you will run the risk of accumulating a huge balance at the bailout book.
