I am meeting with ice this week, and any thoughts on those who have followed his posts are greatly appreciated.

We are looking into a poker joint venture together.

Believe me I am as prepared as I can be. I can promise you that. Unless you have lived with me I am sure you have no idea. There most likely will not be a stone unturned on my end when this is over as I am a nut case when it comes to being orgainized and prepared.<!-- / message -->

I have studied the market in the area for over 2 years so I have a good feel what the "true market value" is. More or less am using appraisal values for discussion purposes.

Is there a way to get out of buying a home just before closing?

Guys here is the scoop (no pun intended):

I have never personally met Fezzik but about a year after reading his site daily and following the "Fezzdaq " (taking someone who has know prior sports betting and teaching them to win) I developed a similar startegy to sports betting. Basically a daily grind by beating soft numbers using the Pinny lean. I am completley sold on this style and have used it successfully for 8 straight months.

This spring Fezzik decided to start a Pokerdaq, basically training someone who has no prior poker skills and turning him into a skilled poker player. After the 1st 2 guys decided they didn't want to do it I pretty much begged Fezzik into giving me the chance to be the next guy. I would fly out to Vegas and if he chose me I would be the guy.

He is looking for a motivated, honest, ambitious, intelligent, disciplined guy and I told him I fit the bill. Not knowing much about me I told him that my "body of work" lies in at the RX when it comes to this and to look at, post and ask others if they thought I am what he is looking for.

So please take this serious and help him as he is willing to look into giving me a chance to do this. This means alot to both of us. Thanks for your honesty.

Ice is as dedicated and knowledgable as they come...Couldnt have chose a better person for the job, as playing the Pinny lean like he does takes countless hours of work.

he's not intelligent. He'a a robot who bets on lines at slow-moving places that have already moved at the quicker ones. That is all he does.
