First Ref's hand victory to Denver against San Diego by blowing inadvertent whistle, now Referee makes a ridiculous personal foul call against the Bears. This call was made in overtime. Probably cost Bears the game. Replay showed Tampa Bay's Offensive tackle threw 3 punches at an defenseless Bear. Referees unbelievably don't see the punches thrown by Tampa's Trueblood. This happened after the Bears stopped Tampa on 3rd and long. Tampa would have had 4th and long around their 10 yard line, instead the got an automatic 1st and ended scoring midway thru overtime.
He said he was throwing punches because one of the Bears were grabbing his nuts. Meanwhile 10-yards behind the play in front of the ref, Peanut Tillman gets an unsportsman-like conduct. Got to love the lack of discipline by the Bears. The whole game was very chippy and refs lost control from the start.
