Why was she driving so slow that he HAD to go into the right lane to pass her..... She should have merged to the right as soon as the lane opened up to let the asshole pass.

By her not getting over and letting the asshole pass, they are all lucky there wasn't something worse that happened. Like hitting a car with kids inside when he lost control, or when he went over the sidewalk, hitting a mother pushing her baby in a stroller.

Both are to blame in this. The girl for not letting him pass, and the asshole for not paying attention.
