Will be at a High School Game Friday night so I will go ahead and post this one.......in my humble opinion, the wrong team is favored here. I can tell you this I believe in Jim McElwain and what he can build at Colorado State. You go and read articles on what they say about the Rams and they all talk about Team, Working Hard, Confidence, the Miraculous Bowl Comeback, etc. They finished the Season 8-6. Their 1st loss was to Colorado and it was Grayson's 1st start at QB and it showed. The Defense did not play well either. After that game, other than Alabama, they either won or had a chance to win every game. Seven starters back on Defense, and alot of weapons return. They added Dee Hart from Alabama at RB who has a great chance to do well, he has great speed. They have to rebuild their OL but you wouldn't know it by studying whats coming out of scrimmages......no excuses.

Bottom line is that I like the Attitude from Colorado State and coming from Alabama he knows about rivalries and he lost last year. Colorado will be the youngest team in the PAC 12. 71 of a 105 Roster are Freshmen or Sophomores. Two starters on Defense are already out for the year with ACL's DE Tyler Henington and DB Jered Bell. Colorado 4-8 Record, and of the 8 games they lost last year, in 7 they didn't just get beat, they got beat down badly. That is extremely tough to build on, and when you rely on youth early you will get mistakes. With a year under Grayson's belt, CSU should have the edge in this game.

And at -130, I get 4 points to boot.....CSU for 2.5 Units.

Adding UCONN +15 for 2 units

BYU historically slow out of the gate, BYU has 5 starters suspended, RB WR NT & 2 cornerback. UCONN on the other hand won their last 3 and look improved on paper and despite the bad season only Louisville beat them by more than 15 points at Home. New coach also saw BYU on a regular basis at Notre Dame and knows how to defend them. This play is really starting to grow on me.

Adding 1 more unit to UCONN +15. The more I read the more I like. Team really bought into the new Coach. He was shocked at how weak the OL was and that has been fixed. You can also tell he likes his Defense and their depth.

excuse me? I was 2-1 last night no split Colorado St winner, Under UCONN winner, UCONN Loser, +3.5, -3.3. As for the teaser it's an SMS Special which allows no NFL and ties lose. Last year for me it was even money. This year I just checked and it was 10 percent so I'm off .2 units.

So you're Wrong on one and half right on the other. A few more of these and I simply won't track shit. I hate it anyways....
