You guys are brutal. This poor franchise hasnt won since forever. I cant stand the AL. I hate the AL. I hate the DH. I hate the lack of managerial strategy. I hate the absence of the double switch. I hate the high pitching zone of the AL. But for the love of baseball, you cant root against this team unless you're a yankee fan.

First inning was all I needed to see. Lead off double, walk the next hitter. All with no outs. Then strike out Mueller, Manny and Ortiz without them even making contact. None even seemed bothered by it. Only surpise is their pitching has held up like it did. The bats have pulled a major league choke job.

They are now 2 for 25 with runners in scoring position? Are you kidding me. What is that .080? I haven't seen this many men left on base since they stopped letting GI's go home on the week-ends. They will leave the A's in it long enough for them to finally score and then lose it.
