Been awhile since I took team straight up.......but I'm playing Oakland this afternoon. Been very impressed with Cahill, he is pitching with composure and has a 1.80 ERA in his last 3 games. The Angels shutout was particularly impressive. Meanwhile Bannister has been horrible, 0-3 with a 6.86 ERA. KC not so good after a win, 8-22 in their last 30. Cahill held KC to 3 Runs earlier this year on route to a 12-3 Win. To me this is a case of two guys with equally bad records on paper, but the reality is that the Cahill is now ptiching well and Bannister is pitching worse.

One more play.........Florida @ home after losing the 1st games. Its typically tough to pull 3 on the road. And if Florida is to win with the pitcher they have on the mound, they will have to score. Vasquez is pitching well....but his ERA has risen slightly later in the year and Florida has faced him 3 times, scoring 3, 5, and 5 Runs. 3.5 Runs can be easy on any night with the Florida line-up. Its definitely worth the risk when they've lost the 1st two at home to Atlanta.
