IMHO, I say the line is off.

I Fully understand that oakland has lost 6 in a row, is the Road team, etc.

But when the line opened with the O's as small favs, I was a little shocked.

Oakland has done well vs. Baltimore ... 15-4 over the past 3 years, 3-0 at Home this season.
Gino 1-0 ( team 3-0 ) lifetime vs. the O's and with matusz 1-2 with an ERA over 6
adds up to Oakland as a Small Fav.

I'm going to have to watch this line and see where the money moves. Right now the money is steady.
