After having a player here that won every week with all the weak lines and ridiculous hook-up exotics i asked them for my post-up balance to be refunded and was denied after 2 months of run around even after the agent manager Sam admitted and agreed with me after i told him there is nothing stated on your website saying if u send $ in you can not take it back out. I think this is a deceptive business practice which i condone being a former Customer Service/Sales manager everyone who won or qualified after bonus play always got PAID. 1st their AGENT Manager Sam admitted the ''no refund policy'' is or was NOT listed on the website so nothing more needs to be said unless you work for RealBookie. Right thing to do in this business is pay customers not make spin like you. I paid people while u were still in high school so run away.
