Just to rent. The fees are a little more on this one. I could still profit about 220 a month. LOL Maybe I will build my real estate empire now that I have time.

I used to live in the next condo complax from this. It is a pretty good hood. This is a foreclosure. I saw this listed lastweek for 29900. Not they dropped the price again. I am interested to see if it is in decent shape.

Thats a disclaimer put on all hud homes. Chances are there isnt any mold.

Indiana, I live in a 3,000 Sq.Ft. house valued at 185K. My property taxes are $760 every 6 mos.
