Do you know where Brunei is? They are not even Arabs.

My knowledge of Brunei was nil. So a little research revealed, that the people are not Arabs but their culture sure is…

The culture of Brunei is predominantly Malay (reflecting its ethnicity), with heavy influences from Islam, but is seen as much more conservative than Indonesia and Malaysia.

Influences to Bruneian culture come from the Malay cultures of the Malay Archipelago. Four periods of cultural influence have occurred, animist, Hindu, Islamic, and Western.

Islam had a very strong influence, and was adopted as Brunei's ideology and philosophy. Brunei's official main language is the Malay language but the English language is also widely spoken as it is considered a s a compulsory subject in majority of the schools.

As a Sharia country, the sale and public consumption of alcohol is banned. Non-Muslims are allowed to bring in a limited amount of alcohol from their point of embarkation overseas for their own private consumption.

FWIW which ain't much.

Well, my apologies for using the widely accepted term "Arab Oil" for the liquid gold we are hooked on that we need to replace with something else for our own good. Because this oil allows Islamic dictators to acquire pornographic amounts of wealth while they choke the collective throat of their own people. Some of these oil barons even have the nerve to foster hatred toward America by brainwashing their enslaved populations with the canard that American hegemony is the cause of their sunken societies.
Is that the only reason you commented?

With one exception. When Dennis Rodman visits he can bring as much alcohol as he pleases.

How about the fact that we get no oil from Brunei?

Russia and Venezuela are doing the same thing to their people and the populations of those countries are far greater than the population of Brunei.

Do you not care about the people of Russia and Venezuela?

I would kinda consider Russia more of a threat to our country than the subjects of Brunei.

So what exactly is "Arab culture" ?

Before I answer we need a definition of culture.

arts collectively: art, music, literature, and related intellectual activities, considered collectively.

knowledge and sophistication: enlightenment and sophistication acquired through education and exposure to the arts.

shared beliefs and values of group: the beliefs, customs, practices, and social behavior of a particular nation or people.

The overwhelming culture of Arab countries is draconian. The prominent law in Arab countries is Sharia which includes punishments such as flogging, dismemberment and death by stoning.

Those are not enlightened and sophisticated nor are they acquired through education and exposure to the arts.

If I had to chose one word to describe Arab culture, it would primitive.

And by the way, what did I say that set you off?
