The Rx.com does not condone touts in the sports forums. We posted rules and since, I have had to remove a few posts of Make$$$ from the sports forums to site promos. Bucsfan has asked nicely for each to stay away from each other. Kodiak7 found it hard to do so. Upon posting in Make$$$$ thread, bucsfan (doing the job he was asked to do), temporarily suspended Kodiak7 until he could consult with the other moderators. Quite frankly, I think all of the Mods have had enough of the engaged activity.

What do we do is the question.

We have a tout who uses the forum to solicit business (obvious agenda). We have a good capper who shares selections with the posters for free. By default the good capper stays and the tout goes. Kodiak7, your rights will be re-instated. I ask that you realize as more and more posters come along and you decide you want to fight; it will not always go in your favor. There will come a time when you will be BANNED for this, not suspended if you continue to be involved in such matters.

At this time, I am suspending the rights of Make$$$$ and I am re-instating Kodiak7. I am here to make decisions in the best interest of The Rx.com. My decision has been made.

In my humble opinion this was the right move. Really it was the only move. Kodiak, though short fused and flame-likely, is a solid capper. He has always shares his picks with the forum. He wins and loses like all of us. He likes to flaunt his College Football record and is the biggest homer at the RX. Nevertheless he has a huge following...and for good reason. He has had documented success for the past few seasons here (which, once again, he loves to flaunt) and if not for his debacle in the MLB last season, he could very weel be considered one of the best cappers at this site. That is why The General's decision to reinstate Kodiak is the right decision and, of course, the only logival decicison here. I have had a few wars with Kodiak. Many people have had a few wars with him. I am sure many of us at one time or another would have loved to see Kodiak be banned. But, bottom line, he IS a valuable asset to this site and to all the cappers here at the RX.

As for MAKE$$$....I hope you were able to get enough people to sign up for your package while you were here and on your hot run. But you seem to have touched a bad note with ALL the posters here not named Go FSU. To tell you the truth it is pretty sad that it came to this. I mean before you confirmed that you would be going tout, you were actually on an amazing run. You gathered a huge following. Too bad you didn't have enough confidence in your own picks to put real money on them and instead resort to the tout industry. I wish you luck with the business. If that is your only source of income, I would not want to wish anything bad to it. So good by and good luck. There is just some thing that tells me you will eventually be back in some other way, shape, or ghost.

The general is correct again! Kodiak was just trying to keep people from paying for Make$$$'s picks...which I almost did. Actually Make$$ was a complete jerk when I told him to stop SPAM email everday.
