What is Trump's leverage? Tell Zelenski the money wasn't coming until the due date unless Zelenski does those things that never happened? He had NO leverage with that money and he knew that.

The reason that call and his subsequent calls were locked down was because his previous two calls to foreign presidents were immediately leaked to the press, one appearing in the LA Times within hours of the call taking place.
