Could people who have voted First Fidelity in their bottom three elaborate on their reasons for doing so. Is it simply their marketing techniques or something more serious which has lowered peoples opinion of them.

They pay no doubt about that. However, their marketing tactics and bonus policies are questionable.

Any sportsbook that calls you to fund your account (RIO) sucks.

I just joined Hollywood, been a Canbet customer and like them both.

I am thinking about BHB and GA fairly soon.

My opinion of Fidelity is based SOLELY on their marketing approach and bonus bate n' switch game they play. I played very briefly with them a year or two ago, I never found anything that stood out pro or con to comment on otherwise, but I don't play there now, so take that for what it's worth.

First Fidelity sucks. About a year ago after i had ripped that shit book a new a-hole, i received a phone call. The guy on the other line said "I know where you live and i'm going to kill you, etc etc..." I told this POS to bring it. After we got off the phone i *69ed and surprise surprise it was First Fidelity. I wouldn't send a wooden nickel to this place but of course i'm already banned for beating their sorry asses. Stay far away from these criminals. I still get crank calls from these idiots on my cell phone. At least now they block the caller ID.

Gentlemen (NOT Slash or Buzzsaw),

This might be trouble for me, but I can't read this thread without my stomach turning. We are constantly trying to improve our service, and I can honestly say I think we are doing a better job. So, my question is this...to Railbird, Ninja, and Cash....why? What was so bad about the service that you would rank us in your bottom 3?? I understand if you do not want to post here, and that is fine, but then email me at Jake@sportbet.com. The only way I can make improvements is if I am made aware of the particular problems, so thanks for the feedback guys.

Buzzsaw,

I guess I should not be surprised by your top 2 books. While, true, they are two of the most solid in the industry...they also pay you a % of the losses for the players you send to them. Maybe we would be on your top list if we did that, too, huh?

Intruder:
Thanks for taking an interest in BHB. I will bump a thread that has gone to a previous page so you can see a few of the promo's we're running right now.
Don't hesitate to post, call or email if you have any other questions. If you're going to post you can use the other "BHB thread."
Thank you and good luck to all.

Jake,
Sportbet used to be in the top 6 of SBR. Sportbet was a founding memeber and you guys paid fine. You will get back on the list when you deserve to be.

Good try anyway Jake

1. They have dual lines
2. They literally send you dozens of snail & e mails per weeks
3. Their CS is RUDE (they hung up on me when I asked where my NETeller $$ was)
4. The same shit CS said I would get a $50 fee for closing my account ... um, I closed it because your book sucks.
