used them months ago but didnt like the fact that they charge 5% on the neteller deposit which cuts into the 20%cash signup. Payout went fairly well I believe. Checked into them currently and found out they have the same neteller policy but with western union they cover the fees and you get all of the 20%. The catch again though is, you have to come out with western union if you come in that way,and of course youll get hit with the fees at that point im sure.
