Call me naive then, but I find it hard to believe SBR would sell A+ ratings, if that is true then Royal, BetUS, SBG or anyone for that matter could go A+ with a great affiliate deal right?

If they didn't have outstanding and documented stiff jobs and they could match the VIP affiliate set up, there is no doubt they would be rated higher. No?

Never had a problem with them. Cashouts done promptly. High rollover on bonii, but I just arbed it out with Pinny. Lines are standard -110, pretty good variety of betting options but I bet hockey and I like live betting, and VIP is short on both.

Overall I'd definitely recommend them, moreso to a recreational player.

They should divert their attention from emailing you against your wishes
and reply to mine of 8 hours ago. Then they could get the deposits they
want and not piss people off at the same time. Much more efficient
wouldn't you agree? Although i assume they are very busy this weekend.
Maybe i'll try their 800 #, although i prefer not getting cold called. Next

This is the kind of thread that makes me wonder about how some of you guys can come in here and say "how can you play at xyz book when SBR rates them d or c minus etc".. Then on the other hand a book like VIP is rated A+. there. Just doesn't make sense to me and for the record I have nothing at all against SBR and try to work with them (especially Bill Dozer) whenever possible to help a poster.

My point is if VIP is so bad how can they be rated A+ there? Take SBG Global and Sportsbook.com both D rated at SBR, is VIP that much better than them two but still as bad as you are making sound like in this thread?

they used to be one of the best 'small books' out there. customer service was exceptional at one point. now you're lucky if you even get a response to your email. they kinda went in the shitter overall. i believe they had a change in management a few years ago. theyre no longer a book im a hurry to get money into. im sure they are upstanding as far as paying people and all that. but theyre not close to what they were in the past.

They were great with me - as far as CS goes - even four or five months ago. Stayed on the phone with me a long time when there were problems with my account and answered emails almost immediately. But they've "hung up" on me in chat and ignored my emails in the past few weeks.

Also, my bets aren't as big as many of you guys make - I made bets that were over $100 maybe 5% of the time, if that - but they still limited my bets on occasion. I bet [way too] often, but I don't bet big. Still, they seem to "know" the kind of bets you're good at and will even limit a recreational bettor like me on their $25, $50 and $100 plays.

I use to think they were a B book. Their customer service use to be top notch. They are now one of the worst customer service groups offshore. I can't see how anyone would rate them any higher than a "B".

Example:

I bet the Chargers beginning of the season to win the AFC and the Super Bowl. AFC win would have got me 7:1 and the Super Bowl payout would have been 18:1.

For awhile, it looked like I was gonna have a nice payday. Just before the Chargers lost, I was having a moment of Raptors euphoria and I tried to bet the Raptors to win the EC. VIP lets you know that the max bet to win is $5000. That's fine - at 50:1 odds, that was a $100 bet for me. But... VIP would only let me bet $4. That's right - eff oh you are - four measly dollars. Everytime I tried to enter another amount to bet - the "submit bet" page would show $4.

At this point I'm thinkin' they may have saved me a few dollars.
