From my personal experience, I can safely say they offer the worst CS I have encountered. The term "bush league" comes to mind. However, they do pay, they have been around quite a while and have had some nice offerings in the past. Overall all though I think they need some lessons in professionalism. Maybe they should call Spiro.

Casablanca isn't in the league of Oly, Pinny, etc !. They are 2nd tier, but solid !
I like them, a lot ! Not for bases, but fair there too, for me !
They fit me well, I never see complaints about slow-pays, I think they are under-rated !
They pay me just fine !
I split my bankroll up , with many shops, but CBS is a a gem, IMO !

I find it a complete joke that you guys think a book like heritage is good, and casablanca is avg or below avg. Who cares about Neteller balances. They pay and always will. And they take big limits, more than Olympic most of the time, on the phone and on the internet. You guys always rant and rave about 5 dimes, cbs deserves that name more than 5 dimes. You can bet 5 dimes on the internet compared to 500.
I never stated that they couldn't book. My point was that their CS SUCKED when I dealt with them.
On the other hand I have always received awesome CS from Olympic. I have had Spiro get on the phone with me and make sure I was a satisfied customer when a problem came up and I'm far from a high roller.

I know of a guy who couldn't get a NETeller withdrawal for 2 weeks because the CBS NETeller account was constantly empty when he checked.

CBS neteller was empty all last week even after I deposited a significant amount in there and then tried to pull out the next day. This is about the 3rd time that I know of that their neteller has been empty in the last 2 months. So anyone who thinks they always pay via neteller is mistaken but they are very quick to offer a fedex check free of charge for the inconvience but once again that doesnt even come as fast as it used to. As usual, some people post stuff that is outdated and others defend a book 100% even when there is legit claims of problems, whether these problems are short term and are stated in a way to inform others and not necessarily bashing a book.
The fact that they have been around so long and have built a solid reputation is what pisses alot of us off when we try to get a neteller payout from cbs and other "solid" books. What especially pisses me off is when I deposit into neteller 3x or more of the amount that Im trying to take out and there is nothing there. Most likely its the smaller/uninformed players that deem this as crying and since the majority of vocal posters fall into that category its hard to get valuable accurate information on this site about a book. At least there was a few who shed some light on the neteller issue at cbs for once and for me I would hope posting the problem would prompt cbs and other books to fix the problem when they are mentioned. wishful thinking.
