good points- they pay-decent software-good bet options-customer service is pretty good also.

bad points- THE ABSOLUTE WORST moneylines in the history of booking. i really don't know why they dont just take them down. they are almost always .10 higher on the fav and .10 lower on the dog than anywhere you can find to place a wager. -240/+170 on an NBA game is not a joke, its an insult. it also makes them unusable for baseball.

overall i'd rate them top notch if it were not for the fact that those moneylines and high vigs on some prop bets makes me think they only want people without a clue.

Good bonuses and ok lines for some sports, though I agree they have very bad MLs. Ridiculous fees for payouts - I never heard of higher fees.
Summa: I thought they were ok until about a month ago, but now their software has begun to ignore my bets, which makes betting a little less fun.
