Best customer service I have ever received from a book. Bar none. There are public companies in the US that could learn a thing or two from Rio on how to treat their customers.

I like RIO.
Great CS and the reps that post here are fantastic. More than once David and Mike have gone out of their way to assist me, and that is something that i never forget.

I would like to see a bit more variety in what they offer, but, the free half point more than makes up for that.

Only gripe is their book to book transfer policy. Would be nice to be able to transfer $500 or so to another book now and then, but, with RIO you have to transfer a minimum of $2,000.

Don't care to send $2,000 to a book i am just checking out.

Overall though, i would give them an 8 1/2.
No doubt one of my all-time favorites.

Great book but the payouts suck. I hate books that limit Neteller withdrawals to $2,500 per day.
