even tho didn't push a run across, still a great 1st for Rangers. Made Price work and saw a ton of pitches. Should really benefit 2nd time through the order.

side note...both Vladdy and Cruz just missed destroying 2 pitches both fouled straight back....going to be interesting next AB for them 2 when they have their timing.

thank you, thank you very much. ;]

^ yeah...indicative of home many baserunners that the guys put on that have scored/not. Of course the less you put on, the higher the "fluke" scores will cause your % to soar...causing statistical contra-indication which is always nice.

agent stat.

thanks Cruz...lets go to that over by 7, lol.

what did they say?

I was just thinking to myself that the Trop is dead. do these people know its October? no noise at all..

They talked about how no one comes to the games and they are such a successful team, bla bla bla.

The economy is terrible down here, people dont have the money to spend on going to the games. Plus the Trop is in such a bad location people do not want to go and fight traffic, especially coming from tampa.

If they are so concerned with people coming to games they should buy the tickets and give them away--they make enough to do so. Or move the team to Tampa--which they talked about doing, where it would be a great draw

Is that 4 line drive outs for TB today? On top of 4 knocks?

Zero runs, lol.

What "scattering" going on.

Funny thing, I wanted to take TX -2.5 runs +300 , but I took TB -2.5 runs +280

Congrats TX - I know there is a long way to go, but.....................you never know

You'd think even with those dire economic conditions (which are everywhere, btw..albeit not quite as bad in many areas) with how many millions living within 1-2hrs of the park, that they'd get more than 12,000 for a clinching game.

TB attendance is piss-poor, irrespective of the economy, relative to the balance of the league. Simple as that.

Not justifying the statements, just sayin'.

They were 25th in MLB in 2009...26th in 08' and next to last in 07' so the blaming the economy is horseshit, sorry to say.

what the hell is Michael Young doing? has his bat speed slowed down that much that hes constantly forcing to right field and flying out in foul territory, thats 3 times already.

I should've went bigger on the over...oh well. Still need a few anyway.

My TB/over parlay was nothing, but I'm still pulling for ya/us.

Getting nervous on my over bet. I just don't see how Tampa gets any runs and I highly doubt Texas gets 7 themselves.

Whats everyone thinking.
