For those who deny and/or question that there are settings in the gaming software.....

I have heard it first hand from 2 online casino managers from sportsbooks.

One a few years ago, which has since folded, and from another that still exists.

Of course I can't prove what I say is true, especially since I don't dare expose them.

All I can tell you is I have no reason to lie.

Those of you who have played online casinos for many, many years like I used to, already know that you can tell when there's a change in the game. I don't even have to explain, because you guys know what I mean.

And once again.......You can buy any video game.......Even a freakin casino game for your home system or computer, and it has different levels of difficulty you can set it on to play.

There is no way......That these same "games", just as you play anywhere else, are any different. The ONLY difference is that's there's real money involved, which is EVEN MORE of a reason these same "games" would not be absent of the different difficuty settings that any other GAMES have.

This is not to say that sites take advantage, but the ability to do so is there.

Yet, as I mentioned earlier, some sites let a 3rd party oversee the complete casino so a book may not have any knowledge of when & if changes in difficulty of play have been made........

@)

That's about how it usually goes isn't it...

That is true guys, but there's a difference.

When you are winning..........How is it usually?

By beating the dealer 18-17, 19-18, getting 20 & blackjack now & then, or the dealer busting.

I'm sure you've noticed the difference when you start losing your azz.
The dealer starts hitting 20, 21, and blackjack over & over again, where you don't stand a chance.

I can say that I've won a lot of money in online casinos through the years, but I've also given a lot of those winnings right back. But I say again those who have played from quite some time, know the difference explained just above. It's not imagination, being a sore loser, or the simple frustration of getting your azz handed to you, the difference & the "glitch" & hesitation in the software you see sometimes is real......

If you don't think it is rigged, try this:

Play x number of hands at $1.00 Calculate your winning %

Then increase your bet to $10.00 per hand, and watch that % drop immediately and drastically.

Adam...1 question on those testing labs. The way i usually read their statements on the various sites it says they made their determination by the info provided...
I read that to mean the casino sends them some data and they analyze it. They dont actually go into the companies software or programming and get the stats themselves.
If so a company could easily send partial data correct?
I know the case with PitBull poker right now...They are handing over data but just "cant seem to reproduce" the data from the suspected time period...the time period they do produce looks ok....couldnt an online casino do the same thing????

Depends on what level of the audit is, and what the licensing jurisdiction requires, they can do both (test RNG output, shuffle algorithm and/or audit software).

Absolute Poker rigged their software (not RNG) to cheat their players by exposing hole cards to employees. No reason Pitbull couldn't do so too, and you'd never see that in an RNG audit. But if the RNG is bad in poker, it will get exploited by players.

In-house software should be avoided. Reputable software platforms (Playtech, RTG, DGS, Microgaming, Cryptologic, etc) are absolutely fair. Almost all the sportsbooks I see around run reputable software.
