1) There is no legal basis to ask for an appology, particularly for being ranked on someone's worst list, as it is constitutionally protected free-speech to express an opinion. Could Bush sue someone that felt he was the worst president? No.
2) Wasting the court's time and filing frivolous lawsuits are things a judge can decide against YOU.
3) Forcing someone to read enough posts to make a determination of worst posters would be cruel-and-unusual punishment.
4) If you really thing you could sue someone for this, ask the RX to adjust your medication.
