The Raiders have given up on the coach, they are a step slower this year and offensively have absolutely no creativity. The deep ball is just an afterthought and coaching is terrible, lets face it the team that made it to the super bowl was still a Gruden team, now that Callaghan has had over a full year he has destroyed whats left of these guys. Can't see Al Davis waiting any longer to drop the Axe.

So much for professionalism. Often you here writers and sports talk persons referring to veteran players as true professionals and take jabs at younger players for not being professional.
In the case of the Raiders, you have a very veteran team with some of the most respected players ever , Rice, Brown, Gannon, etc.
What is the main excuse for their pathetic performance so far this year??
