Bad knees I hear. Cant use him now. Should be a good position coach though.

Some team will take him. Smart move by Rod would be to sit things out right now and miss training camp (who needs it at that age?), then when some team has gotten torched for a couple of 300 yard passing games they will come a calling and he will step right in as an upgrade with a fresh body.

I'm a Steeler fan. I remember when they got rid of him about 7 or eight years ago saying he was 'over-the-hill.' Yeah, he was finished all right what with starting in 2 more super bowls and all!
