I was watching the 2008 rb championship on tennis channel. there was a shot where playerA hit a shot, then playerB hit a shot that playerA had to jump out of the way. PlayerB could of easily taken a swing, impacting playerA. Any rules on 1 opponent injuring another?

there are no rules, however the question your asking is this,,,

If I am a PRO raquetball player would I want to be HIT by another? the answer is No, so, 99% of the time a player will go out of his way to take a bad shot as to NOT hit another player,

Ive been hit many times by bad players, after the 3rd time, I hit them,,, they usually cant walk after my bag azz tees up on them:nohead:,,, and they dont make that mistake again,

lol, Ive never blown up a new ball, but I have destroyed a few that were a month old or so, I can crack a pinch shot that will make your ears bleed.

lol, well, you asked if there were rules on hitting someone with a ball, if you do, it is a dead ball, and server reserves no point, (Im pretty sure on this)

but again, you do this 2 times or more to someone like me, and you will wish you hadent.

thats fine, you can ignore and laugh at me because I look at the tennis channel. It's a serious question for me. Obviously, I don't post unless I feel it is an issue that needs to be explored. Hopefully only serious posts will continue in this thread. Thank you for your cooperation

When a player is in your way you should hold up and call a 'hinder' which starts the point over. If you are in front of the player and he hits you its dead and point over.

Been playing for 25 years or more and one of the best sports for me to stay in shape.

At the pro level, an avoidable hinder can be called in a situation where
one player gets in the other's way - but the referee rules that the
player getting in the way could have avoided the hinder. This is
fairly common.

Totally understand as I have played many tournaments, however not at pro level. As a match gets close there are players that crowd your shot. Always nice to have a ref there.

Love racketball. One of the more intense workouts you'll get.
