Rack of Lamb, Veal Chops, Alaskan King Crab, Lamb Chops...

Ok...time for my weekly plug for The German Club. I am almost willing to GUARANTEE you will like your meal at this excellent restaraunt. If you live in CR, you are ABSOLUTELY MISSING OUT if you have not eaten there. I sent another friend there the other day. He had the rack of lamb and the King crab....said it was EXCELLENT. I want this place to be around for a while, so I will keep promoting it!!!

THE GERMAN CLUB...GREAT SERVICE AND INCREDIBLE FOOD AT AN INEXPENSIVE PRICE!!!! Could be the best eats in CR.

Samurai has gone so down hill its not even funny guys.... it takes about 15 minutes now to get a freaking fruit punch......

I agree Slim. I use to go every Tuesday at their $25 all you can eat. I haven't been there in 2 months because the quality of food has gone way down.

Anyone been to Sushi factory? Sergio who worked at Samurai is the owner.

truth, they dont even care about the fishtanks any more, just look at the one at the bar downstairs, heck, the ones I have at home look way sweeter than that......

Sushi Factory is right near Perro Loco, its in that little plaza across the street from Bank of Nova Scotia in Ezcazu. The phone number is 288-5790 or 289-4461 here's the "Costa Rica" address...

Thanks Fatty, but "it's not bad" doesn't do it for me. If I'm going to go to Escazu, It should be at least "It's good." I'm on the wrong side of town, I know, but there are very good Italian places around where I live. I go to Il Ritorno at least twice a week..I have almost had everyting on the menue and everything is delicious, quite inexpensive too.

Air Force, by "not bad" I mean that for Costa Rica it's as good a sushi joint as any. (The sushi here is not all that great and its freaking expensive for what you get.) Where is Il Ritorno? Always on the look out for a good Italian joint.

Went to Tre Fratelli's last night (for the first time), awesome food, good atmosphere and was fairly inexpensive. I was with great company (Ghost) and had a great time. I plan to go there more often. The place next to it, Il Panino, was pretty nice too, comfortable places to sit, fast service, plenty of different kinds of alcohol. Pasta dishes at Tre seemed like they were all good, I had the Manicotti, my girlfriend had pasta in a creamy pesto sauce, my friend and his girlfriend had penne and marinara sauce. All were very delicious. Just giving credit where it's due, it was my first time there and I definitely plan on going back.
