When I say wealthy, I mean people like the Koch's, Soros, The Mercer's, Bloomburg. Hell that asshole Howard Shultz thinks he can be president. Not that I have a problem with people being rich, but people like this are obscenely rich. Have to much power and I hate their money being in the government. They change the laws and rules to favor them while screwing the common man. Bill Gates being one of the worst.
When I say feudalism I'm talking about all of us working for the corporations, getting paid in corporate dollars, shopping at the corporate store, and living in the corporate housing.
Oligarchy will lead to fascism when the system fails. A strong corporate state will be needed to keep people inline, and you're freedoms taken away from you.

I think your fears are unfounded. It is not likely that super rich will turn us
into slaves. I've said it before, humans tend to get complacent. We're having to
much fun to sweat the small shit until it becomes big shit, then we rise up and
put a stop to it.
One of advantages we have is the Constitution and in that is the Bill of Rights.
All of the rights we have are nice but the most important one is the right to bare arms.

The coalminers of the 40's is what I was talking about. I think a few hundred of them had to die to get those rights.
Something like the Great Depression would have to trigger it. A total economic crash. If I'm not mistaken, I think Marshal Law overrides the Constitution. I got nothing against people having guns, but there not going to help you much against the US Military.
