more like "doctor"

Yeah, yeah, whatever, lol.
But still, once Andy was recovered he didn't use it to enhance his performance, he used steroids when injured, just so happended he was tested then.
He's been pretty much cleared.

The federal government needs to get their priorities straightened out....who gives a shit about a handful of professional athletes doing some roids. Wake the fuck up...the US is in shambles right now....sad to say I'm a citizen.
exactly. It's pretty sad how many people don't understand the constitution and what the purpose of the federal government is. What a waste of time and money.

So I get a call from a good friend from NY, he is a neighbor of McNamee.....And as I m flipping the channels to Clemens under oath in front of Congress testifying he says and quote

" Mike I'm telling ya, McNamee is a real good guy, liked by neighbors, community, friends, many athletes and family. He taped Clemens cause he didnt trust him and thought some day if this ever came out he would put the blame solely on him and would win bcause of his name and reputation." Many guys including top athletes will back McNamee and Clemens will go down eventually.

It s a small part of our conversation, unreal everything he told me went exactly as he said:smoking:

Correction -- he, Bonds, and the other 80-90% of major league baseball players and minor league players who were on the juice should be convicted together.

Why people single out Bonds for doing what everyone else was doing is beyond logic.

Stallworth hit a guy on a highway. People are not supposed to be walking across roads that start with I and end with 5.

Beyond that, on I395 in the early morning you can not see anything - you drive directly into the sunrise over the water.

Drunk or sober, this guy gets hit.

Guys walking on highways is dumber than driving drunk - both are dumb though

don't disagree. i just think the way MLB handled the whole thing is a joke. encouraged steroids, hired known dealers and trainers, closed their eyes to everything, and now they want to crucify the players for doing stuff they were basically encouraged to do and didn't even test for. and then have the mitchell report done by a guy who works fore one of the mlb teams.

Agree totally, MLB handled this really poorly. They were only concerned about getting fans back after the strike.

He and Bonds should be tried and convicted together.

Can't convict someone without proof. With Clemens, they have some proof. but with Bonds, there is none. The only way Bonds ever gets convicted is if Anderson talks and that obviously is not going to happen. Lets face it, they have been trying for years and it just isn't going to happen...

This is what congress spends tax payer's money on. It's pathetic. I for one don't give a rat's ass.

Both Bonds and Clemens scored a ton of money and fame that they never would have acheived without steroids; they cheated and took all the good, now it's time for them to take the bad.

Disagree 100% with this. The main reason these two guys are vilified are because they are douchbags, not because they cheated. If anything, out of the steroid users these two should be among the least bothersome. They were both at the top before steroids became a big part of baseball. Bonds was one of the top 3 position players in baseball, Clemens was one of the top 3 pitchers all before steroids. Then along came the steroid abusers and Bonds and Clemens were knocked down a few notches because the advantage for the cheaters was too great. To compete they both started using steroids to level the playing field then once again they were back on top where they deserved to be all along.

The real hatred should go to the guys who became famous almost entirely because of cheating, like Canseco, McGwire, Sosa, B Boone, Brady Anderson, etc etc. Clemons and Bonds were all world, most famous players around with or without steroids. Now without steroids McGwire and Brady Anderson would have been Dunn and Sizemore.

i remember years ago a friend of mine who works in the federal attorney office told me the feds get a hard on for famous people who figure they can just lie to them and figure they will just move on. Like Rose, and followed the money and got him for tax evasion. The feds find the best charge possible for conviction and only charge when they feel they can get a conviction. That is why their conviction rate is over ninety five percent. I agree with the other poster Bonds will be a tougher conviction but if I were those two guys I would be very afraid.
