Went into my settled wagers/pending wagers screen last night to see if my winners had been posted yet. My toronto winner had disappeared and was in neither column.

Got on live chat with Ronan, and he looked up the problem and found my "lost" bet and promptly credited my account. Thumbs up Ronan and matchbook. I may be doing a withdrawl in a couple days, I'll let everyone know how it goes.

the way they explained it, they had some sort of technical problem. I'm not sure, i'm not a tech guru. All i know is I wrote down all my bets after i placed them, and the bet took. It was still on there later on in the day when i placed a couple more bets.

But, it was corrected promptly. I have no worries about them so far, esp. since they are backed by WSEX. just one man's opinoon, though.

Thanks for the kind words, Ego, but I don't think there's been such a charitable thumbs up since Roger Ebert's review of Amistad. When an event is graded, all bets are sent to a holding pen for a quick compliance check (to make sure the amount won on A equals the amount lost on B), after which the clerk hits the "payout" button. This check is only supposed to take seconds, but in your case, the clerk left the bets in the holding pen for about half an hour. Your bet was perfectly safe there, but, as you point out, it wouldn't appear in your Current Bets report during that period. Thumbs down.
