Just got off the phone with a sales call from Direct TV and I hardly ever pick up toll free calls but glad I did tonight.Salesman tells me that for $6 more a month I pay $53.99 for the basic package I get all the movie channels and all the sports channels and NFL Sunday Ticket.I couldnt believe that what he was offering me and made him repeat it 3 times but since I was a loyal Direct TV subscriber I guess that customers were complaining about all the good deals the new subscribers were getting and we are getting shafted.I told him for 5 months for all that and the NFL ticket sign me up for $6 more now thats one hell of a deal in my eyes.
I have had directv since around 1995 or 1996 second or third year they were in service. I have always ordered mlb, nfl and ncaa football packages every single year. Not including in the beginning ordered tons of movies, special events along with a couple years of NBA, NCAA Basketball and NHL. Would that be considered a rewards customer?? As my monthly bill averages well close to $200.00 a month.
