Why is it that you post your lines on the DB and you always change your lines without taking a bet. Whenever one of the other sportsbooks moves the line, (Cascade,Grande or Cris) you are always right there to make a change. Isn't it better to either take a bet then move the line like the real bookmakers. If not just remove yourself from the DB so you dont get in the way of the real bookmakers.

I was waiting for someone else to notice this. All three are good books but everytime that there is a big move by another book they seem to move their lines right away.

Pinnacle does it the least. In fact I only really see them do it when Cascade puts up their openers. The others I agree with. Funny thing is I can make a $300 bet with IIS(rio's sister offscreen book) and that will move rio and skybooks number 5 cents on screen. Granted I like the owners of rio it is just the line managers who don't honor the screen and hold up numbers who I have a problem with.

Hung- No way! Rio moves on air more then any other book on screen.

Krackman, The lines managers are only doing their job. The owners of those sportsbooks tell them to move the line when they see certain sportsbooks move. Dont get mad at a guy doing his job. Get angry with the chicken s**t bookmaker. The bigshot. The owners. If you know them, ask them to be real men and book a game without being scared.

Well black lab, watch when Cascade puts their lines up tomorrow and tell me that all those sudden moves seconds after Cascades lines are up are because they are getting hit hard. Your crazy to think they are taking bets at that time

Pinnacle is putting up soft numbers so that all their runners have no problems getting down. They know a lot of books respect their numbers on the screen. Cascade is probably righting action before they post on DB so they know which way the market is going to move. Once Cascade posts then Pinnacle knows that they have to move to the right number so that they don't in turn get hit with their own plays. I don't know if I am right but that is my take on it.

freddie....pinny puts up their lines a day before Cascade puts up theirs.....is it not possible to believe someone respects cascades opinionated lines and are betting into other shops and moving lines?for a book that lets some people bet 5 dimes online, and then come back for more, with the sheer volume pinny produces, they should move their #'s like they do.....and if you think Cascade is the first book getting hit on the screen you're crazy

I gotta run out,and really don't wanna argue this point......you have your opinion Freddy, which is cool....all I'm saying is Pinny is not a clone joint.....Tradewinds yes,and rio to a degree......Pinny though has balls, and respect them fully......#1 book for bases imo

I agree that Pinnacle does it the least but they still do it. In the morning when Cascade puts up their lines, I honestly believe that most books are actually taking bets by the scalpers but the way to tell if someone really moves on air is to watch the screen, if only one or two books move and then you see these shops move right away it is on air. The contrary would be if the whole screen goes black then they probably got hit also but if only Grande or Jazz moves and then Rio/Tradewinds/Pinny move it´s on air. Good luck!

Pinns numbers are where they are because of bets. Now, seeing that they have a number posted on DB, thats their number. Thats the number that their bets took them to. Now, if they choose to put up the lines overnight means nothing. THEY MOVE THERE LINES IN THE MORNING BASED ON ANOTHER SPORTSBOOKS LINES. That is horrible. It doesn't matter what a sportsbook does befor posting the lines. But when a sportsbook posts the lines on DB in the morning and other suddenly change their lines, Rio-Pinn, thats moving on air. Cascades lines should have nothing to do with Pinnacles lines. Take a bet, move the line. It shouldn't be, wait to see someone else take a bet, then we move our lines. And thats what Pinnacle, Rio, and others do. That should not happen.

Bluevein hit it on the head. Pinnacles numbers onscreen are soft because they are betting. you want to see pinacle's real lines go online where they book 98 percent of there action.

No one is questioning Pinns lines being soft or having a different line inside than on DB. Its a matter of them moving their lines after seeing the big sportsbooks post they're lines first thing in the morning and thru the morning session. They move they're lines on air when Cascade puts up the lines and then again when Grande comes up. That is whats wrong with Pinn and Rio. And Pinn is only a good out because of they're fantastic juice and they pay fast. They are a horrible book if you want to bet them. They follow others and thats not right.

So once again, When cascade puts up they're lines everyday and Pinn all of a sudden start adjusting they're lines, everyday, that means they are getting bet. Watch tomorrow. Watch when Cascade puts they're lines up how many lines Pinn and Rio move at the same time. Then When Grande comes up, watch again then you can come back here and say "sorry Freddie, you were right, Pinnacle is moving all they're games when Cascade and Grande come on the screen"

Freddie you are wrong. If Pinnacle wanted to they could throw out overnights that were 10 cents off everywhere, and the next day when their syndicate came in and played those games how long do you think it would take before the rest of the world caught on.

Pinnacle is anything but a clone joint. You have to be strong to book with all that reduced juice and volume over the net.

Go back and look at the Line Move History on DB for Pinn and Rio. You will see, that both made moves and half of the games if not more at the SAME TIME Cascade came up. So how is that not moving on air. And if you don't want to take the time to look, you can watch the screen tomorrow and notice when Pinn changes there line and total when Cascade comes up. I will point it out first thing tomorrow morning.
