Ice, just wondering what your reasoning for the Edmonton pick was, when the obvious play seemed to be to go against a team playing their 4th game in 5 nights.
You obviously saw something I didn't. I understand if you don't want to share this info.

Can't speak for Ice, but I think that the fact that Edmonton was 8-0-2 lifetime against Minnesota would be a major factor in the decision.

I also picked Edmonton. Road teams have a winning percentage of .945 when playing four games in five nights on the road.


OK, I'll be honest. That stat is total BS, it's not even a real stat. I had inside info.

Minnesota was coming off a 4-game road trip and I thought they might be flat here with three winning teams (.500+) on deck.

Add to that the trend JeffH cited and I thought it was worth +135.

I also lost with Phoenix tonight.
