us your basic angle here. I am assuming it leans toward underdogs. Any winning angles would be appreciated.

I try to take double digitr home dogs, this week I like Army +390, Army always with a maximum effort and being home against a team that has quit in Houston.

My cashes this year Northwestern +400 over Wisconson
Pitt +205 over VaTech
B.C. +300 over Penn St
Stanford +205 over BYU

I have forgot to bet lots of Mline winner this yr, like Clemson over Flast, and had some near misses like Navy,Colorado. If lots of people are talking upset, that means blowout city. You want games that are low profile.

Most of the value is early in the yr, but I try to find the teams that are living lies like Miami Fla, Auburn,Alabama,Tenn, also like going against team coming off of win, becasue caoch likes to brainwash into telling them they can get beat, and in turn the coaches play not to lose instead of to win.

ML's are beautiful. I hit Wash and Atlanta last weekend in the NFL........You just have to look for some different angles and if your capping has two teams close, jump on the ML. Tonight's game b/w the Herd and the Hawks is a good example. Hill is out for the Herd, and the 2nd stringer is the QB that orchestrated the win over K-State. Marshall is 5-0 SU and ATS last 5 against Miami, and these 2 teams absolutely hate each other. Might be worth taking a look at..........GL

I bet some, I always take ML when betting on a dog of 2.5 or less. I look for angles, such as better QB on the underdog, better defense. Stat. wise if 2 teams have even stats and one is getting +200 or more I will usually take them, especially true now when a lot of these teams have played the same competition. I always play dogs and try to find a situation where I can go 1-2 and at least break even.GL, but realize it is a big rollercoaster if betting dogs, I think last week I went 2-1 on ML, but the week before 1-5.

On a sports message board that I moderate we have a little gambling section (similar to this ... but on a MUCH smaller scale) ---- we started a contest at the beginning of the year we call the "Underdog Contest"
each week you pick ONE underdog .... that underdog has to win outright --- if they do win outright, you score the number of points that they were an underdog ---- example: last week if you picked Tennessee Vols you would have earned +12.5 points ---- guy with the most points at the end of the season is crowned Champ

the best thing about this friendly contest is that it's amazing to see how many of these dogs picked cover --- obviously it's a lot tougher to win them outright, but I've seen plenty of ATS winners

FWIW, my play for this weekend is NC State +14.5

RAILBIRD, NICE POST! I HAVE ALSO HEARD THAT YOU GET BETTER VALUE ON $LINES EARLY IN THE SEASON. WHY EXACTLY IS THAT IN YOUR OPINION. THANKS FOR YOUR TIME IF YOU GET THIS.
