Go to sportsbook review . com, most of the A listed books are solid. Your question about uncle sam is open ended....these books do not report anything to the IRS, but that doesn't mean uncle Sammy couldn't go after you, but its not likely as most people on these sites have been doing this for years with little trouble from big brother for the individual player

Plenty of people with their own agendas on here.. Like boy magic says check the review. I personally have 3 offshore outs.. Never had a problem with any of them. However, depends on the amount of $$ you plan on depositing/play per game. You can PM me if you want, I'm not gonna air all my business/book info in the forum lol

I use a local (older guy with pencil & paper) and 5Dimes...

But I've found lately a lot of my pals and family are using locals with their own online set ups, if trusted works the same as a local but no phone calling unless internet goes down, if not trusted or a new player you give them $xxxx.xx amount of money and that's your balance, pay & collect whenever

I use local and BetDSI... BetDSI pays fast and minimum fees to withdraw. Let me know if you want to use BetDSI and I will get you a referral code. 5dimes is another one I used in the past and offer all kinds of bets but fees to withdraw are high IMO.

Here is the deal. If you use ANY offshore book you run the risk of them folding up, ratting you out to the Feds, or charging you ridiculous fees to get your money. You have to deposit first, so your money could be tied up for weeks and months in advance. If you have a trusted local that you have used for a long time, why change now? All of the locals I know (and that is many) never require money until the wager is made, or in many cases, until after the result of the contest are in. You may not get the odds you want, but let's face it. If you are sweating out getting a half point, you are wagering the wrong game anyways. This is why Vegas Books offer and love hook players. So do books. It is free money for them.

I love the offshore. You can play 24 hours a day any time you want. And there are much better options than with a local. Locals can stiff you too. It's happened to me. I have had no problems collecting with 5 Dimes. Big Brother does not care about $100- $200 + players. They have bigger cares.

would not dump my local, but would have this in addition, because half time plays, early plays before line movement, different lines, and the other options offered that local does not have.
