Had the single best day in my 15 year gambling career yesterday. Went 9-0. Plus a 3 game parlay.

And won a prop vandy season wins over 3. Should my agent pay me this week since this bet is over? It still says pending in my account.

Nope, need to wait for the whole season.

There is likely a condition that X games must be played, and I'm guessing that it's more than 4.

I have this season total myself. Under what scenario is it not a winning bet OV 3 wins when the team already has 4? Should they not grade it now and let you re-bet your $$$?

I agree with you on them letting you re-bet your money. However they will use the excuse of all games or x amount of games must be played. While unlikely, if a team's season is shortened due to canceled games for whatever reason, etc etc....... they will use this as a reason as to why they won't grade it now.

Would make sense for an "Under" wager but not an over. So if the rest of the season was cancelled they would void this wager despite Vandy already going over the total?

same theory as not grading a total in baseball when the game is already over but is shortened due to rain. If you email the book they may grade it. During the Euros 5Dimes graded soccer plays that were already determined before the game went official.

Knowing books, I wouldn't put it past them to do just that if something that rare occurred.

The same rules that apply to the over would apply to the under, so unless "x number of games" were played to make it official, yes-it would be voided.
