how pertinent do people think last minute info is? specifically info that would delay posting until 1 or 2 minutes before game time? some of us Want to follow (or not) and last minute posting screws up our following (or not) systems.##)

yeah i get it mac, thanks for your comment, really i do, but what good is that info if it doesn't get posted until 2 minutes before game time? i see the mods call a few people out on it sometimes mainly to bust nuts, but if you want to help the Rx Forum, the bestest sports site on the interweb, then please post with a little more then a couple minutes to the game start. btw, i know a pile of people at the windows, in the rooms and offshore, rarely does info 10 minutes before the game matter, not to say in a blue moon it doesn't happen, but rarely.

i think people wait to see what other people post who also wait for other people etc etc

How Mac. Please explain. I am calling BS.

John. ..i explain it to you again. .. public betting trends fluctuate drastically in the final 30 min before k8ckoff..
for me trends play a heavy roll in culling plays. .. example... at about 1250 Chicago's ML % moved as well as the line % to a number that eliminated the play for me. .. to be quite honest the RAVENS play was also sketchy at that point. ..not enough for me to buy out but lowered my confidence a bit... I'm not getting into specific ratios based on HD...HF...RD...RF.. as it would probably take a few pages and be quite boring to most. .. but trust me. .. if you want my best info the prior explained anomalies are an unfortunate necessity. ..
hope that helps

I agree with Memphis. There are reasons for and reasons against. For myself, there is no way I could look for play updates that close to kickoff because even if I saw something that late, I could not get it played in time because both the offshores I use have computers that cut off plays even though the game has not started. It's also hard to get a play posted on time because the site is so busy then it slows down and that extra minute or so it takes sometimes dosen't get it in on time.

Now, one way the late info can help is using it to make a "live betting" play during the game. Or even a second half bet sometimes.

Thank you, memphis. I have been saying this for weeks.

not saying it doesn't happen and my point it directed more towards last minute posters, some who claim that is why they post last minute. in conclusion, last minute posts do not help anyone on The Rx Forum other then the poster themselves. Thanks Mac for your insight its appreciated and not glossed over in the least. i see other forums and how the domino effect happens when the actual or so-called last minute info is posted. thanks all

:ok: good point. i reiterate my point about the domino effect. 1 post mushrooms into many but i agree, the post is useless to the forum to which we all belong to in order to share info to beat the man if its a couple minutes before game other then to satisfy the poster

I think that some, not all , last minute posters are basing their choices gleaned from info they've found on the forum up to that point. So anything that you might gain from their post is probably already available to you before hand. Just an opinion and please remember I said some not all last min posts. Good Luck to all with your picks today and always, Cheers!!:toast:

so your complaint is that you don't free enough fast enough?

if it doesn't help don't read it.

kinda simple, honestly.

NOT wager changing important...

exactly and to be frank the guys that do it, are usually the same geniuses that end up losing and coming back under another name, my pt which may have been missed in the original post, was "follow or not follow" i steer away from the "f" word. w-thumbs!^
