Question about interactives and wsex

I am considering buying that trading program for wsex interactives. It seems worth the money, especially for the price database. Does anyone have it, and if so, what are the pros and cons. Things are tight these days, so any type of review would be helpful.

The name of the one that I am considering is SportsScan. There site is sportsscansoftware.com. It looks good, and in theory it is believable. I know of one person who is using it, but I want to make sure that I can make some real cash.

The system that is included with SportsScan 4.0 may not be the most profitable system that we know of, but it has a number of advantages. First, it allows users the chance to be successful simply by always choosing the home team, or away team, or favorite, or underdog, and so on. In this type of system you only need to achieve a winning percentage of 45% in order to be profitable, and historical data that can be found on covers.com shows that being consistant with any of the above sides will normally result in 45% or better. The system is profitable because the average percent gain on a win is nearly double the average percent decline on a loss. Therefore, simply winning five or even four out of ten will increase your account balance. The second advantage of this type of system is that the interactive markets will stay orderly because there should be close to even action on all sides. There are other systems that would have all users on the same side, which in turn would significantly move the price in one direction and effectively reduce the contract value. The final benefit is that it is lower risk than most strategies, and very difficult to lose your total account balance.

This is just a load of BS and has nothing to do with trading. If their PR people can't put out more accurate or even relevant information I wouldn't trust their product.

I just spend to much time on my comp doing interactives, looking to get some more free time. I must say that I am interested in the database, you could probably do some damage if you can search pricing moves like something similar to the database on covers. Hopefully we can get some more feedback.

I also wonder if wsex will continue with the interactives in the long term. Seems like they don't offer as many events as they used to. Also lately if a spread is 3 or less, they make the game a pick so basically you are betting the money line. On the other hand, they have been doing interactives for a decade, so it must be profitable.

Total bullshit. The juice spread on the interactives is a rip-off compared to what you can get at Matchbook. This sounds like a shill. If not, run don't walk from this trading program that you are so enamored with.

I have been doing interactives for years, and certainly not bullshit. I buy at least 50 contracts per event, and I have not problem buying or selling - it is immediate. This cannot be done at matchbook. If I was buying at the beginning, and holding all contracts to the end, then yes, there are better options than the interactives. That is not how I play. I do interacives without even watching the game, it is all pricing (and value) for me. I do well, but always looking for ways to do better.
