Do all books allow Run Totals to be tied to pointspreads all the time?

Example: Player bets the under 9.0 in the Cubs game and "if win" than the Cubs +1.5.

Thanks in advance for any answers.

most do,what you CANNOT do is hook up cubs on the side to the cubs on the run line.

odog, so you mean you can't bet

Cubs -150 over Marlins if win
Cubs -1.5 Over Marlins

But everything else with the total and the run line is fair game?

Many chicken shit books (including many in Vegas) won't let you paylay the side with the total in the same game. This would also prohibits the run line with the total.
Several of the biggest hotels even have this rule.
And... dig this.....
This means even if you are crazy enough to play a 6 or 7 team parlay they do not allow side bet and total from the same game to be included in those 6 or 7.
Takes all kinds!

Most books will allow you to take the run line to the total. Check out the rules of the book, BEFORE you make your first deposit. We do allow this type of play as well as the side to the total.

ie. side to total cubs -160 / over 8½
ie. run line cubs -1½ -200 / over 8½

What most books won't let you do is the side to the run line.
ie. cubs -160 / - 1½ -200

Again check the rules for parlays and payouts.

Have a nice day.
