They say you can withdrawal up to the amount deposited by neteller. Does this count just towards the last depsoit, or all your deposits by neteller?

my guess would be the net amount that has come through neteller

Bigbet1234,

Contact me at 1-800-818-1000 ext. 1620. The rule is last deposit, but we have flexibility with that.

Richard,

you should consider removing that rule entirely.

Slash,

Thanks for the input. You will be seeing a lot of changes in the very near future with our site, as well as some rules. We will take your suggestion into consideration.

Cheers,

Richard-

if you don't mind asking, what is the purpose of that rule? Anti-scalper? Are there complications or excessive fees associated with Neteller that would make another withdrawal method preferable?

Always wondered why exactly books have that rule.

Bigbet1234,

The main word with customer service is flexible. We will work with each customer to ensure the best result for all parties involved. A lot of every Sportsbook rules were created to control certain costs and or possible abuses.

Thanks OFrog, great assesment. Happy to hear we helped you upgrade your home theater a few months ago. You will like what you see from us in the near future, and maybe we can do business again.

Bigbet1234,
we are moving into a new service platform in the next weeks, and I am offering to you a continuous contact to work with. You can ask for Scott Jansen at this direct number 800-704-8397. He will be assigned to personally manage your investments from deposit through withdrawal. I am always at your disposal as well.

Richard, I would love to be in Royal again. You all know why I left. I will not dredge it up again because it sounds like you are making a genuine effort to rebuild the trust you lost. If you want to have some sharp action to balance, and will pay timely, and consider bumping my limits, then I may be back football time. Royal was a great book for a long time. Hopefully this latest run was just a difficult transition period. It is very good that you are here addressing issues in the forum. That is a step in the right direction. Are you addressing the empty neteller, so you can just withdraw from neteller page, like the old days? That was my number one reason for leaving...Best Wishes...OF

Thank you for at least trying Richard...

Everything regarding us has been very well documented here and other places. There have been some huge transitions in the past couple of years. As a business we are responding. Like normal businesses in these situations, you make changes. Ford doesn't grow, Ford gets new CEO. New CEO makes internal changes, builds a new foundation on the old one first, then makes an aggressive push back onto the market. This is a repetative business theme, and at the end of the day, we as an Industry are no different.

We will be earning our clients trust back one person at a time if that is what it takes.
Our new foundations are close to completion, and I believe the market will embrace a new and much improved Royal Sports.

Before I go, I want to add that rhetoric gets us nowhere. Our actions across the next few months will be the reason or driving force behind anyone making investment decisions. I have no intention in selling this product via B.S. over action. Best of luck to all with your wagering endeavors.
