The lone "Total" ticket is not an off shore bet. Its local. Still have a little bit left offshore but its tied up in NHL at the moment.

(In week 10 thread) Instead you just set yourself up for the SHOT GUN blast effect. Shot Gun betting never works when you should be DUMP TRUCK betting.
