Okay bets are in.... but...I had to change them a lil from last post. 1 of my all time favorite events every 4th of July will be riding with ALL bets this week !!!!

2 parlays

10 units pays 43.2 units
ATL-4' (-110)
winner nathans hot dog contest over 58 dogs (-160)
joey chestnut wins(-140)

winner nathans hot dog contest over 60 dogs (-120)
takeru kobayashi wins(+120)

HA!!! everyyear a new record is broken in Nathans Hotdog contest. the current record is 66 dogs held by chestnut, Kobayashi put 63 down with him clearing 8 more than his personal best.

he could have eaten more in the past but he was not "pushed".

Now that he has Chestnut to push him and vice versa...i see a minimum of 68-69 dogs going down this year. so over 58 dogs at (-1600 ..well thats EASY $$$$$. will kobayashi win? quite possible. either way ...if my ATL picks win...im in the $$$ cause they will go over 60 dogs and No one else can touch these 2 guys !!!

I already have ..I know that the time structure is 10 minutes and not 12. The time last year was 10 minutes and was 12 minutes every othe ryear dating back to 1917. prior to 1917 it was 10 minutes.

The only reason that it changed last year back to 10 minutes after 92 years was because someone like me researched this event and brought it the event organizers attention and so they (out of respect and tradition 0changed it back to 10 minutes.

All of that does not matter anyways cause the record last year with out overtime was beaten by chestnut at 61 dogs in 10 minutes and 5 more in overtime.

regardless....10 minutes 61 dogs by both koby andchestnut.

Both have stated as well as 3 other contestants that this years goal is all about SMASHING that record. it will be done in a easy fashion. 61 dogs wont hold up this year . good luck to all !!!

my other #'s are correct except the (-1600) that should be obviously..... (-160)

May I suggest , 2 cappers to follow in the WNBA for the rest of the season. I recommend DOUGLAS & PADDY. These 2 seem to be no nonsense and for some reason I have a gut feeling about DOUGLAS.....he has been around for a few years ...keep an eye on him.....PADDY seems to take this a lil more serious than the average JOE also...so those 2 are worth your time , I will reload if I lose saturday....i am in this for the ong haul.:howdy:
