Purdue -11 @ Ball State

Can someone come up with a reason why this isn't the play of the week? Purdue has destroyed weak teams all year and Ball State has struggled to compete with weak teams. I just don't see how Purdue doesnt win by 15+. I may put a very large play on this game.

First road game of the year for them. I'm not saying they can't win or cover though. I just try not to play games where it will be something they haven't done all season. Each year the chemistry of a team changes. Sometimes, it seems to me at least, you can be a good road team one year and the next year change a few players and then suck on the road. I know Purdue is suppose to be good but I am going to be on the sidelines of this one.

Thanks I love the insight! This board has been great to me. I will probably make a small play but still love me some Purdue. Being from Indiana I have been to Muncie to see a basketball game very little atmosphere.

Does anybody know why purdue only opened at -7 in vegas?

Also, I'm thinking about laying a large sum on the purdue moneyline at -850. I don't see any conceivable way in which ball st. can win this game. Anyone have a reason not to unload?

Being a steady follower of the big ten i also love Purdue, i see the game getting no closer then 15, like them -6 first half as well

DD's insane on the road. I'm insane for this one as I follow my home state pretty close. I'd be very surprised if this one doesn't end up ugly. The talent level isn't even close to keep it close in my opinion.

Uconn's -16 first road game against mighty Buffalo last week almost
ended up with a loss outright. They won 68-64 and were lucky to
get a turnover in the final minute to avoid the upset. Uconn has
a 7-3 center that played well enough to bail the rest of the team
out and avoid a loss. You never know a team is going to respond
to its first road game. gl to all.
