Whatever. The current system is absurd.
5 teams have yet to be beaten, and 3 are them are going to be eliminated by a computer. That's ludicrous.
College football has had this system (more or less) since 1936. This system of polls, computers, etc.
AP poll started in 1936. UPI (coaches poll) started in 1950.
Not every undefeated team has been recognized as National Champion.
I'm not saying the BCS is perfect. But I honestly can't understand...when did football become so damn important?
I'm sure somebody's team was screwed in 1952, but that doesn't mean Congress scheduled hearings & investigations.
With all the wrongs in the world, it is almost comical that so many people have decided to make BCS reformation their main cause.
