Exactly. I'm not going out of my way to learn Spanish as I don't really need to. I can function in my job just fine without learning it.

Im pretty sure its not the Mexicans that are fighting for the right to remain ignorante, they have more pressing issues. And as far as comparing us to Germans they burned a few Jews if I remember right, so Im thinking we shouldnt be looking towards them as role models.
