I hear so much negative crap about books these days I thought I'd chime in and give props where credit is due.

I've played with Rio for almost 7 years now without trouble. So, when Dave from Rio told me that Prestige was a great place for another out, I took the test drive; that was about 4 years ago. Great place to deal with. It is one of the only places that if the person I want to talk to(usually Cody or Dan) isn't there at the moment, they will call me back. I've always appreciated this about them. All of the customer service people I have talked to have been very good there, but I still feel better knowing that I can get Dan or Cody on the phone. I Have to agree with Kev here in that this is one of my favorite places to deal with by far. If General is doing one of his 'review this book' threads I would say that Prestige has always paid me, always been great with service(even changed a wager or two for me on my mistake), and I can get in and out of their website in a hurry even at the busy time on NFL Sundays. Top shelf book for me.

I have logged in with them, among other times, every NFL sunday since the 2001-2 season. Their customer service is THE BEST. Some good prices too. And, on Sundays, the most robust web site in the business.

If I were to have only two accounts on the internet the first would be at prestige for these reasons, and a second at carib or 5dimes for a richer variety of props etc. ie, I can't say prestige (or anybody else) "does it all", but they do A LOT and do it EXTREMELY WELL.

I am glad, but not surprised, to read that I am not the only client who is grateful to Cody and Dan for their hard work and excellent results.
